ENCONA was very proud to have launched the first of its kind, ‘Quality Assurance in the Production Environment – Basics’, earlier this month in Port Elizabeth, RSA.
17 delegates put this highly interactive 5-day event to the test, where the following and more was covered - Quality principles and common understanding; Customer requirements; Internal product requirements; Initial Sample Test Report; Inspection & Evaluation concepts; Basics of Statistics; Measurement System Analysis; Quality control tools in quality assurance; Internal / external audits / inspections; Systematic complaint processing using QS tools; Quality management according to ISO 9001 and other quality management systems; Conversational ability & cooperation skills.

Delegates that successfully passed the test on the 5th day, will be awarded a DGQ Certificate for Expert in Quality Testing. After completion of 4 such modules, successful delegates are awarded a qualification as Certified DGQ Quality Manager!
