In some big news...
Hans Trunkenpolz, our beloved founder, has decided to step down from his role as CEO to become Chairman of the Board and focus on other non-operational aspects of the business.
Lloyd Staples has been leading our operational team, most notably in our digital way forward for a few years, so we are excited for him as he formally steps into his new role as CEO.
Hans will however still be very involved with ENCONA, continuing to guide the way forward and will work on select projects and trainings.
